Return and Refund Policy

Items must be returned within 14 days, after 14 days we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in it's original packaging.
Please state reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
To return products please contact us by email at noble_janice@btconnect.com prior to return.
Process of refund - refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of products and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale Items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping - You are responsible for paying for your own costs for returning your item.
